SKI JUMPING PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The Ski Jumping program is designed for 8-14 years old participants who want to experience the exhilaration of flight on skis while learning about the sport in a safe and controlled manner.
The jumping program employs an individualized skill development progression to bring participants from introduction to competent jumping on our 10-meter snow bump, 20m and 40m jumps. There is no pressure to jump on larger hills until the participant feels ready to move up.
The Ski Jumping program is for participants in the FUNdamentals and Learn to Train stages of the Canadian Sport for Life – Long Term Athlete Development Model.
