Fall Nordic Dryland Training (Multi-sport)
Fall Training is intended for young athletes who enjoy skiing and Nordic sports and are keen to develop their skiing skills and abilities. The training involves a wide variety of ski-specific and general dryland activities, including strengthening, ski bounding/striding, roller skiing, running and hiking, potentially including longer hikes in the Squamish area.
Dates and Location
Sundays from September 16 to November 11 at the Squamish Legacy Park (no session Sunday Oct 7)
Sundays November 18 and 25 on Callaghan Gold at Whistler Olympic Park.
Time 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Cost and Age Categories
1. Children ages 6-9, cost $50. Includes kid’s games/activities (no Callaghan Gold)
2. Youth ages 10-15, cost $70. Training sessions including 2 Callaghan Gold sessions (Parents are welcome to join their children/youth in the sessions).
3. Adult ages 16+, cost $50. This will be self-coached, with a program provided.

Fall Sport Specific Training
Jumps League at Legacy Park on Sundays
Dates: Sept 16, 30, Oct 28 Times: 12:00-1:30
Calgary Jumping Camp (overnight camp)
Dates: Oct 12-14
Cost: To be determined – possible carpool/billeting
