Our Track Attack program is directed at children ages 10-12 (the ‘Learning to Train’ stage of development). This is the third level of our Youth Skill Development Program. Track Attack is designed to further develop and refine all the cross-country ski skills, including speed, power and aerobic fitness, strength and flexibility, as well as develop good ski habits.
The objective of our Track Attack program is for the participants to become technically competent cross-country skiers, and to utilize those skills to begin a lifetime of enjoying a wide range of Nordic activities.
