Fall Dryland Training
Fall Training is intended for young athletes who enjoy skiing and Nordic sports and are keen to develop their skiing skills and abilities. The training involves a wide variety of ski-specific and general dryland activities, including roller skiing, circuit training, strengthening, ski bounding/striding, running and biking.
Fall Dryland Training will run from September 12th to November 29th. We encourage athletes (born 2008 and older) to kick off their dryland season by attending the Cross Country BC Teck Regional Fall Dryland Camp in Whistler on September 15-17.
Sunday morning training will take place in from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. in Squamish (mainly based at the Squamish Legacy Park) for Sept/Oct and may move to early snow at Whistler Olympic Park in November.
There will be 10 sessions beginning Sunday Sept 24 to Sunday Nov 26.
Session cost: $100
Weekday evening training
Sessions will also be offered on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings (6:30 to 8 p.m.). For Tues/Wed you can choose your location between North Vancouver, Squamish or Whistler.
There will be 12 Tuesday sessions and 12 Wednesday sessions (Sept 12/13 to Nov 28/29)
Session Cost Cost for attending both Tues and Wed evenings: $200
