28 racers took part in today’s Summer Biathlon Series event, a great conclusion to our 2015 summer season. The rain form Saturday had mostly subsided, but some gusty morning conditions made shooting tricky for the competitive categories.

These programs run 25 weeks from early September to mid-March, and are designed for people whose primary fall and winter sport is cross country skiing or biathlon.

Our first summer biathlon event of the season was last Sunday. Several athletes from Biathlon BC’s development squad joined us for this event, as the finale to their two week training camp at Whistler Olympic Park.
